Val-d\u2019Or, Quebec, December 4, 2014<\/strong> \u2013 Orbit Garant Drilling Inc. (TSX: OGD) (\u201cOrbit Garant\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) today announced the results of voting at its annual general meeting of shareholders (the “Meeting”) held earlier today in Montreal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of the nominees listed in the management information circular prepared in connection with the Meeting were elected as directors of the Company. Detailed results of the votes by proxy are set out below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
