Orbit Garant Drilling Inc. (TSX: OGD) (“Orbit Garant” or the “Company”) today announced the retirement of Guthrie Stewart from the Company’s Board of Directors, and the appointment of Paul Carmel as Chair of the Board of Directors, both effective immediately.
Mr. Carmel, a mining engineer with more than 25 years of experience in industry and capital markets, was first elected to the Company’s Board of Directors in 2014.

Mr. Carmel replaces Mr. Stewart as Chair of the Board of Directors. Mr. Stewart was a member of the Board of Directors since the Company’s Initial Public Offering in 2008 and was appointed as Chair in 2010.
